Johnny Depp of AN IMAGE “passed out” with ice cream dribbling down his legs as shown by Amber Heard with his defamation trial during court.

The actor’s embarrassing photo was staged by his ex-wife after he came home from a long day of filming in Boston.

Depp admitted he had another picture of when he “fell off the wagon” and what appeared to be cocaine, alcohol and tobacco.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star, 58, is suing Heard for £ 39million after she found herself a victim of domestic violence.

She has over £ 77million in claims for her lawyer.

In the picture, Depp is sitting cross-legged on a leather sofa propped up by a pillows of mismatch.

Wearing a shirt and braces, the actor said that his mouth was wide open with a pass.

Depp is holding an upturned tub of ice cream, which has dried all over his leg.

The melted ice cream also has a sticky pool on the sofa and floor to the top.

Johnny Depp also said he had a multi-million dollar US libel trial against Heard that she had “pure hatred” for.

He claimed his marriage was descended into “madness, chaos and violence”.

He said Aquaman actress Heard, 35, would lash out and physically attack him, telling him in Fairfax, Virginia: “It looks like pure hatred to me.

“If I stayed in the argue I would have escaped into violence and often times.

“Miss Heard, in her frustration and her rage and her anger, she would strike out.

“It could begin with a slap, a shove, a TV remote in my head, a glass of wine in my face, but all in all it was just a constant.”

The court heard this week that he went from “Cinderella to Quasimodo in 0.6 seconds.”

Heard Heard, 35, of Blaming him for “quite disturbing and heinous criminal acts” that were not true.

And he said that the blockbuster televised court case was “obsessed with the truth” and wanted by the defendant himself and his children.

Wearing a black suit, black shirt and floral print tie with a ponytail on his back, Depp said: “Through the relationship, there were arguments and things of that nature.

“But never did I reach the point of striking Miss Heard in any way nor have I ever struck any woman in my life.”

“I thought it was diabolical that my children would have to go to school and have their friends and people in school approach with the infamous People magazine cover with a dark bruise on her face.

“Then it just kept multiplying, it kept getting bigger.

“I wanted to clear my children of this horrid thing. They were reading about their father.

Depp claims that his career was ruined by an article by Miss Heard in the Washington Post for 2018, which describes herself as a survivor of domestic abuse.

Although the article did not mention him in his role as The Loss of Jack Sparrow in The Pirates films and being cut from The Fantastic Beasts franchise.
