This is a really fun dessert and a Costco fan favorite! If you haven’t tried the Island Way Sorbet at Costco, I highly recommend these! These fruit sorbets come served in a real fruit “shell” and are all individually wrapped. These would be great for a kids party where you want single-serve/packaged food, a kids birthday, would look great styled on a baby or bridal shower dessert table and of course you don’t need an excuse to eat delicious sorbet in the summer…we ate them just because!
Island Way Fruit Sorbet is a great frozen dessert idea for anyone who likes fruit flavored popsicles, sherbert, ice cream, gelato, acai, frozen yogurt, frozen custard or Italian ice.

Review of Costco Island Way Sorbet at Costco
The tropical fruit sorbets come ready-to-serve in a REAL half-shell coconut, lemon, grapefruit or orange – and they taste good (not just adorably packaged!). Even my picky hates all fruit 8-year old gobbled it up. I know this doesn’t sound like a huge win, but I’m telling you, if he eats it, its goooood.
It’s not the healthiest sorbet around, but it’s far from the worst. It’s dessert, so with that said, we approve and recommend! They are really a fun presentation and a fan favorite for a good reason! Presentation on these is an A+
They come individually wrapped in plastic, so these would be good for a “covid-safe” birthday that wants to service all individual serving pre-packaged food.

Nutritional Panel
The Island Way Sorbet at Costco serving size is 1 fruit shell sorbet. There are about 12 servings per container. There is a range from 70 to 190 calories per serving (coconut flavor being the highest).
Note: I was worried when I saw this panel that the individual fruit sorbets would appear visually to be very different in size and that the kids would fight over the larger ones – but the servings look somewhat similar – none of the kids noticed any were larger or smaller than others.
