During his libel trial with Amber Heard, the court was shown a PICTURE of Johnny Depp ‘passing out’ with ice cream dripping down his legs.

The actor claimed the embarrassing photo was staged by his ex-wife after returning home from a long day of shooting in Boston.

Depp admitted he “fell off the wagon” when another picture of what appeared to be cocaine, alcohol and tobacco was shown.

The 58-year-old ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star is suing Heard for £39million after she described herself as a victim of domestic violence in a newspaper article.

She has sued him for £77million over allegations made by his solicitor against her.

In the picture, Depp sits cross-legged on a leather sofa supported by various cushions.

The actor, who is wearing a shirt and suspenders, is said to have passed out with his mouth wide open.

Depp holds an upside down cup of ice cream that has spilled all over his leg.

The melted ice cream also spilled over the sofa and onto the floor in a sticky puddle.

That’s what Johnny Depp said in his multi-million US defamation lawsuit against Heard she has “pure hate” for him.

He claimed his marriage had descended into “madness, chaos and violence.”

He said Aquaman actress Heard35, lashed out and physically assaulted him, telling the jury in Fairfax, Virginia, “It appeared to be outright hatred of me.

“If I stayed to argue, I was sure it would escalate into violence, and often it did.

“Miss Heard, in her frustration and her anger and her anger, she would strike.

“It could start with a slap in the face, a shove, a TV remote tossed at my head, or a glass of wine in my face, but all in all it was just one constant.”

In court this week he claimed he left “from Cinderella to Quasimodo in 0.6 seconds‘ after accusing him of abuse.

He accused Heard, 35, of framing him for “quite disturbing and heinous criminal acts” that aren’t true.

And he told the televised Blockbuster court case that he was “obsessed with the truth” and wanted to defend himself and his children by bringing it.

Wearing a black suit, black shirt and floral print tie, Depp’s hair was tied back in a ponytail, Depp said: “During the relationship there were arguments and things like that.

“But I myself never got to the point of hitting Miss Heard in any way, nor have I ever hit a woman in my life.

“I thought it was diabolical that my kids had to go to school and their friends and people at school would come at them with the infamous People magazine cover of Miss Heard with a dark bruise on her face.

“Then it just kept multiplying, getting bigger and bigger.

“I wanted to rid my kids of this horrible thing they had to read about their father, which wasn’t true.”

Depp claims his career was ruined by a 2018 article by Miss Heard for The Washington Post, in which she described herself as a domestic violence survivor.

Although the article didn’t mention him by name, he claims that this led to him losing his role as Jack Sparrow in the Pirates films and being dropped from the Fantastic Beasts franchise.
