Ingredients

It only takes 5 simple ingredients to make this easy dessert.
- 24 Ice Cream Sandwiches – you’ll need 24 chocolate ice cream sandwiches
- whipped topping – like Cool Whip. This needs to be thawed so you can spread it. You can also make your own homemade whipped cream
- chocolate syrup (try our homemade hot fudge sauce)
- caramel sauce – leave this out if you don’t like caramel
- sprinkles – this adds such a pop of color
- Maraschino cherries – we love to add these because they add a special touch
Instructions

- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place 12 unwrapped ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the baking dish. You’ll need to break the last one in half to get them all to fit.
- Using a spatula or the back of a spoon spread half of the whipped cream on top of the ice cream sandwiches.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the whipped topping layer in back and forth motions. Than drizzle caramel sauce.
- Repeat with the final layer of ice cream sandwiches and spread the remaining whipped topping on the top of the sandwiches.
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel on top and add sprinkles.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight for the dessert to become firm.
- Slice and serve from the freezer, adding additional whipped cream and cherries on top.
