If you’re all about quality then you need to try a pint from Whidbey Island Ice Cream Co. They source their milk from local farms and you can absolutely taste the difference in their delicious, rich ice creams. Not to mention they’re available in many local grocery stores or you can head to the scoop shop on Whidbey Island.

Salt & Straw

Normally when we do specific lists like this one we try to keep it pretty local. Salt & Straw is technically from Portland but we know that they’re a beloved spot to grab a scoop so we had to include them. Plus you can score some seriously unique rotating flavors.

Moto

While technically a pizza joint, Moto also serves up some pretty unique ice cream. They have ‘Motopipe cones’ that come in eight flavors like butter pecan, strawberry, chocolate, and more. What’s more, the cone is chewy instead of crunchy making it, its whole own ice cream experience.

Indigo Cow
