This was inspired by my eggless strawberry ice cream recipe.We first decided to makeh eggless ice creams and moved to frozen strawberry yogurt recipe. Ingredients
- freeze dried strawberries (I take mine from Costco)
- frozen bananas (overripe will do)
- coconut milk

Instructions
- Add chopped frozen bananas to your high speed blender or food processor.
Later, add the freeze dried strawberries and coconut milk.
- Blend it to make a smooth mix.
- Pour it into an air tight container.
Freeze it for 4-6 hours or until set.
You can cover it with a cling film optionally and then cover the lid.
Substitutions
If you are a lacto vegetarian, you can go with the below recipes.

Variations
You can also add fresh strawberry pieces or nuts if you like to the above recipe. If you like crush over your ice cream, use this recipe to make a strawberry crush and pour it over your scoops. However, that is not sugar free. You can add vanilla extract to the above recipe if you like.

Storage
Store it in freezer. It lasts long, but you tend to eat it as soon as it sets.
