Summer is a time for frozen desserts and you can never get enough of berry power. This was inspired by my eggless strawberry ice cream recipe.We first decided to makeh eggless ice creams and moved to frozen strawberry yogurt recipe. Now, finally we are happy with a vegan sugar free strawberry ice cream
- freeze dried strawberries (I take mine from Costco)
- frozen bananas (overripe will do)
- coconut milk

- Add chopped frozen bananas to your high speed blender or food processor.
Later, add the freeze dried strawberries and coconut milk.
- Blend it to make a smooth mix.
- Pour it into an air tight container.
Freeze it for 4-6 hours or until set.
You can cover it with a cling film optionally and then cover the lid.
