They’ve partnered with Danone to release Silk Chocolate Almondmilk Frozen Dessert at their stores nationwide. This creamy vegan flavor can be mixed with your choice of dairy-free additions, or you can avoid tough decisions and simply order their Don’t Cry Over Spilled Silk Creation. Cold Stone Creamery Dairy-Free Menu Guide with Vegan & Allergen Notes

Since their ice cream creations are mixed to order, there is extra risk for potential cross-contamination with their dairy ice creams. But a representative said their staff is trained for handling allergy requests.

If you have an allergy, always let a crew member know and they can offer to get clean spades (mixing utensils) and either clean off a space on the stone really well or mix the ice cream in a separate container or on a clean cookie sheet. If requested, fresh containers of the mix-ins you order can be opened.
